CER, or Classic Endurance Racing, is a series created
over 10 years ago by Peter Auto. It enables cars of the golden age
of endurance racing to compete; racers from 1966 to 1981,
the time during which Jacky Ickx, Henri Pescarolo or Gérard Larousse to name
but a few, crossed swords at the wheel of a Ford GT40, Porsche 910 or 935, BMW M1, Lola T70,
Alfa 33 or even Ferrari 512 BBLM. Back then, the 24 Hours of Le Mans
was of course a highlight of the season, but all these great cars and drivers also
raced in the World Sportscar Championship on mythical tracks such as Monza or Spa Francorchamps. CER brings together, just like at the time,
GTs and Prototypes. During each race weekend, the cars will take
to the track for practice and one hour of racing,
for the pleasure of their drivers. The Classic Endurance Racing series continues this year to
spearhead meetings throughout Europe by Peter Auto.
